Job Profile:
To be a part of an ongoing engagement carrying out activities related to the objectives of the engagement assigned.
To analyse processes in detail, perform data collection activities and analysis of the data collected.
To make presentations and reports of the engagements.
To carry out R&D engagements apart from the regular engagements for knowledge and capability enhancement.
Mandatory Requirements:

Senior Consultant
Job Profile:
To handle multiple engagements at a time and lead a team of Junior Consultants.
To execute projects assigned successfully in the decided time line.
To head R&D projects apart from regular engagements for knowledge and capability enhancements.
To Interact with Client Organizations as a project manager building a bridge between SNIC, India and the client organization.
To mentor the assigned junior consultants and bring out their best abilities for the successful execution of the projects.

Prospect potential clients, targeting executives of Fortune 500 and middle-market companies (C-level, SVP/EVP, and VP)
Qualify leads
Initiate sales cycle by scheduling meetings with qualified leads
Make up to 50+ cold calls per day
Strategize with team-mates to accomplish weekly business growth goals, work with SNIC, India to manage the pipeline and develop business
Contribute toward moving opportunities through the sales pipeline
Ensure follow-up meetings are scheduled and conducted in a timely manner
Build and maintain relationships with prospective clients

.NET Developer
Job Profile:
Create and design databases, views, stored procedures, T-SQL statements and user-defined functions of varying complexity with a ‘best practices’ approach to keys, indices and relationships in SQL Server 2008 and above.
Create and design SSRS reports using Business Intelligence Development Studio (BIDS)
Develop software according to functional and design specifications
Assist in continual improvement of Software configuration management process
Assess, troubleshoot, document, upgrade and develop maintenance procedures; Review code for potential performance issues, re-usability, and/or anomalies
Detailed unit testing of code
Research and identify cause of reported defects and issues
Develop patches and defect fixes
